The available payment methods are those displayed in the checkout at the time of ordering. Availability may vary depending on order value, delivery address, store configuration and payment partner services.

For online payments, sensitive card information is entered into the payment processor's secure interface. Lace Secret does not ask for PIN code, bank authentication codes or card passwords by e-mail or phone.

Authorization of a transaction does not automatically mean commercial acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded according to the rules of the Terms and Conditions. If payment is authorized but the order cannot be accepted in full, amounts due for undelivered products will be refunded via the appropriate payment method.

Reimbursements related to the withdrawal, cancellation, unavailability or resolution of a non-conformity are made within the term and by the method provided by law or agreed with the client. The time when the amount becomes visible in the account may also depend on the bank or payment processor.

The available delivery methods for the address entered by the customer are displayed in the checkout. The availability of a method may depend on the location, type of products, order value and courier services. Lace Secret will not apply a delivery charge that was not communicated prior to submitting the order.

The estimates displayed in the store or at the checkout are for information regarding the usual processing and shipping interval. After accepting the order, the customer receives the relevant information on a durable medium. If a distinct term has not been agreed upon, performance is made within the legal term applicable to distance contracts. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed and retain their legal rights.

The shipping cost is shown before the order is placed. If a promotion grants free shipping, its conditions – for example the minimum value, period or eligible products – are displayed within the campaign or at checkout.

The customer must verify the correctness of the name, telephone number and delivery address. If an error is reported prior to delivery of the package to the carrier, Lace Secret will attempt to update the data to the extent operationally possible. After shipment, the change may depend on the carrier's policy and may result in delays or costs communicated to the customer.

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to the situations provided for by law.

If the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend photographing the package before opening it and notifying the courier immediately, when their procedure allows. Regardless of the observations made to the carrier, the consumer's rights vis-à-vis the seller regarding the conformity of the products remain those provided by law. If the delivery cannot be carried out for reasons attributable to the recipient, the parcel may return to the sender. A new shipment is made only after clarifying the situation and, if applicable, the additional costs actually generated and communicated to the customer, respecting the legal rights of the consumer.
